I attended a quilt retreat this past fall.  There was a block exchange I participated in and came away with 11, different tree blocks.  I added one more for a total of 12 and sewed them together.  I had an idea that the trees would look really great if I added Crazy Quilt seam treatments to the strips of fabrics that made up the trees.  I decided right at that moment to have the trees be my Crazy Quilt Journal Project for 2020.  I added iron-on interfacing to the backside of the trees to reinforce the fabrics, in preparation for the seam treatments.  Here is a picture of my tree quilt.  This is going to fun!
